Giving Back

Congratulations to John M! He was the recipient of a 2004 Toyota Camry. Cars Automotive & Muffler donated the vehicle Beacon House to give away during the month of December, 2020.

The Beacon House Association of San Pedro is a state-certified, residential substance abuse recovery program for men with a sincere desire to achieve long-lasting abstinence from drugs and alcohol. As residents of the Beacon House, the men are provided with food, shelter, counseling, peer group support, educational opportunities and job training through social enterprise programs, including a Thrift Shop. This allows the men to develop the life and job skills they need to build a foundation in recovery and a bright future when they return to their family, home and community.

Everyone at Cars Automotive & Muffler wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

Mask Donation To The Redondo Beach Education Foundation

June 2020, Cars Automotive & Muffler joined in a business partnership with Redondo Beach Education Foundation by donating 500 masks to the Redondo Union High School. Helping in protecting students & staff during Covid-19 and the new requirements for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year’s guidelines.

El Camino College Food Pantry Donation

May 2020
Cars Automotive & Muffler donated two car loads of food to the El Camino College Food Pantry.

We knew that a number of El Camino College students face serious financial challenges, and often find it difficult to support themselves while also paying for college. Research indicates that students without proper nutrition can have trouble focusing on school work and often worry about where they will find their next meal. The Warrior Pantry offers support for our students in a comfortable setting.

Giving Back to Our Community

Our team met and discussed how we can make a positive impact on our community. It was decided to take $5.00 from each oil changeĀ each month and award it to a local charity.

We invite non-profit organizations to contact Gilda to inquire about how to become a recipient of this program. Please email [email protected] for more information.
